Private visit: by phone, email, through the Known Doctor platform (selected specialists) or in person.
National Health Insurance visit: by phone or in person from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The facility operates from Monday to Friday. The appointment hours depend on the specific specialist (morning or afternoon).
All information is available by phone.
Visits on weekends are not made.

Under the NHF, the following are available:

• family doctor,
• pediatric otolaryngology.

Private visits are available for children and adults.

Children – private visits:

• pediatric cardiology,
• pediatric neurology,
• pediatric surgery,
• audiology.

Adults – private visits:

• otolaryngology,
• endocrinology,
• audiology,
• general surgery,
• urology,
• occupational medicine,
• vascular surgery.

We also perform private procedures in otolaryngology, vascular surgery and plastic surgery.

We lead:

• single-day hospitalization,
• post-operative stay (1 day).

The patient remains under the 24-hour care of the doctor on duty and a nurse.

Patients are informed by phone 2-3 days before the procedure about:

• The exact time of arrival,
• preparation for the procedure,
• documents to be taken,
• hour of the last meal.

Admissions:

• ENT treatments: 14:30-15:00.
• Plastic surgery: 7:00-11:00 am.

• ENT surgery patients: 7:00-8:00 (after breakfast).
• Patients after plastic surgery: 9:00-11:00 a.m. the next day, discharge is issued by the operating surgeon.
